    The defence was a constant bombscare... memories of Caldwell & McManus, while Mulgrew was woeful tonight in all aspects of his play.

    Gordon proved yet again to be the goods between the sticks. Big tick.

    Again Ronnie's selections and tactics confound but it is the reslut in the end that counts. 2-1, will take that - even if the 1 goal Astra did get should have not been allowed.

    I said I just wanted a result this game but Delia's decision making was poor when we play well everything looks great so it's not lack of ability we just need to be able to sustain it for a lot longer and defend a lot better I think kayal should be a starter any game we play 1 up if there's no real improvements the weekend then I think I'm going to start losing Faith with him

    Absolutely delighted with the win. Would have grabbed it before the game definitely.

    But what a shocking performance. One of the worst I've ever seen us play. Even your Lustigs and Browns who are so reliable couldn't make a 5 yard pass.

    If we get out this group then we need to invest big time in January.

    We need to have European football at christmas. Hopefully then we are not still playing badly in the league. If we then bring in a signing or 2 we may see the best of Ronny and the team. If not i would be looking at bringing in a new gaffer before the start of next season, to win the league and get a team in shape for the qualifiers.
