Ah cheers mate, I just caught Summer talking to Hendo about it but wasn't sure what it was.

Clearly hoping it catches on for him then :smiley-laughing002:

Hmmm... we need a better song for Griffiths and he appears to be trying to drop a hint...

Now we just need a way to make his name fit. Best I can come up with so far is "Thumb Bhoy". Thumb Bhoy's on fire... :54:

A minor point but, while it was a penalty all day long, I think their defender was unlucky to get sent off. In the replay you can see he is falling rather than deliberately blocking Sinclair. I imagine they can probably appeal that.

I don't think it was deliberate, so not even a yellow for me. He falls trying to keep up with Sinclair and that's what brings him down. He doesn't change the direction of his fall or anything cute like that.

Or Griff...iths on fire. It does fit in I think.

He obviously wants us to sing it for him though (if he did request it) :smiley-laughing002:

In fact, how do we know he request it be played?

I don't think you can appeal a yellow card. Even if you could, I don't think they would win the appeal either. When the ref awards the penalty, he pretty much has to show Reynolds at least a yellow card, as Sinclair was going through on goals.

Fair enough. Bit harsh for him to miss games though.

The penalty incident was harsh on Reynolds but he mad a rod for his own back by dragging down Rogic and picking up the first yellow.

For me he fell into Sinclair, both we losing their balance but sinclair kept his for longer, was in a goalscoring position and Reynolds accidently took hiim out when he fell.

It was a penalty, was a harsh yellow because there was no intent but to the letter of the law the ref had to give it. Reynolds should have not picked up the first yellow and then we would have not have been sent off.

If one of our players had been sent off for that challenge then we would less than impressed by it.

Steven Thompson said that wasn't a penalty :56:

Aye, he might no have meant it but he still fouls the man from behind, accidentally or no. His first foul was as cynical as you get, and possibly a red itself (although harsh), as he was last man..

That Shinnie * was never out of Maddens ear, and spitting feathers, raging all game. Thought that was instant card's now under the new rules?

Aye, I heard Thompson say that as well :52:

I think you are right about the point in regards to Shinnie as well.
