As someone who hasn't subscribed to Celtic TV as yet, what is the quality of picture and sound like?
And is it something worth doing for the upcoming season?
Thanks all.
I've had it for a few years. Picture and sound quality is fine. I pay for the Premium package which is £30 more and better picture quality supposedly.
I've invested in a VPN this year so if I can't get to a game I'm not either paying Sky or scrambling about for a stream. At least I'm hoping that works out that way.
My son uses my login to catch up on games the day after he's missed due to work so that makes it worth it.
This I got vpn on my phone and subscribe to the package for all games cost 15 quid a month and cast to my tv get all the home games and happy to give Celtic my money had firestick but sky have gubbed it
It is a complete joke on a embarrasing level. Picture is ok but the sound is terrible and you can barelly hear the crowd. Its ok for free on iptv but I would never pay for it ever again.
You CAN hear the crowd but you cant take in the atmosphere if that makes sense. Sounds as loud when we play st mirren as it would do playing sevco
Actually ridiculous how dundee tv, ross county tv and Aberdeen tv have much better quality
I've not tried it yet but not sure how they could. Might learn the hard way though. I got the VPN for watching iPlayer/Premier Sports abroad when on holiday and it worked.
it's worth it for me as I'm in France and can watch the games live. Also good for watching the game later if I miss it. Pic uality and sound usually ok, although there are sometimes drop offs.
I have used it for years now being here in the US and it gets the job done for me. I use the premium package and the sound and picture are fine without being great. Picture would be the biggest thing I feel they could improve on but I did feel the extra shows on it last season were a decent upgrade on previous years. I suggested as well on the survey that they put up more old classic games as well. Basically the way I look at it is being in the US thats me paying a season ticket to the club so to speak.
I agree with all of the above. It gets the job done but has the opportunity to be so much more. I do it because I do t have much other option living in Australia & I want to give the club money.
Feel like this option should be spread around supporters as means more of hard earned money is going to club than sky who are ripping the biscuit …. Premier sports can do 75 domestic games and Scotland games for 9.99 a month but sky are charging 30 quid a month …. They should be smart and offer sky football separately for same price as premier
