Sometimes we focus too hard on the few players we have links to. It's easy to get excited and vision how they will fit in the team. I think we will invest but in the next few days it's likely there will be a few names popping up that have not been discussed.

Let's have faith this ends a positive window and I look forward to the chats here. It's amazing the mood on the forum when we are all buzzing, the best fans in the world deserve it

 

Need to see movement in the next 24 hours ,hopefully something develops by tonight . Deadline day is too risky and the board will have their excuses.

starting to feel a bit more positive with the players we are linked with ,being linked and getting them here is a different story .get them in we can start to make up for the past 4 transfer windows (aye and dont sell any other *)

 

If these are the players we are signing, I can understand Breandans comments about waiting to see settled squads etc. They donseem to be a quality above what we usually chase

Going to be gutted if Isaksen doesn't happen now he looks a level above . Think Engels will happen and there's probably a CB we haven't heard mentioned yet .

Doesn’t look like Isaksen is happening but supposedly one of our other targets we are making an enquiry on is Dario Osorio from Midtjylland

 

Quick Google shows links to Madrid , City and was supposedly off to Liverpool last month . 10m odd, 20 years old right winger .

 

There is no chance of Osorio

 

We should have signed him straight from Chile when Midtjylland did, he is a big talent and very highly rated. Whether he is available or not will probably come down to their CL qualifier with Slovan Bratislava on Wednesday. The first leg finished 1-1 and they are now away but I would have fancied Midtjylland for that tie before it started.

 

All well and good having multiple links to players but we need to be closing deals. Have heard about links for weeks but no one actually signed yet.

Need almost 1 a day now to really have a squad capable of trying to do something in Europe.

CM - Hopefully Engels
CM - Polish boy or McCowan?
Winger/third striker - who knows
