There’s Aberdeen just got near £7m for Miovski. A striker playing with a bang average SPL team and someone who has only really scored consistently since coming to Scotland. That’s where the market is at these days, but there’s us playing Russian Roulette with Kyogo as we squabble over a million or whatever for Idah. We need absolutely gutted from the top to get some fresh impetus.

 

Nice to see level headedness is thriving at present.

Players will come in, will they be enough and of the required quality we won't know until end of the month.

Everything is standard craziness being posted that's been going on since online media took off years ago.

Crazy as it may sound most summer windows are similar, the only difference viz being successful or otherwise isn't normally known until far into the season.

No one goes out to buy *, but sometimes it happens. We had a left back who went on to play in the World Cup final - he was a disaster at Celtic, Braafheid. We had a World Cup winner and he was a disaster too, Juninho.

Who knew Moravčík would be as good as he was, same with Hooper, Petrov, Wanyama, VVD, Dembélé, MoR, etc., etc.

 

We're going to get completely embarrassed in the CL. Any fan with half a brain can see we're screaming out for A proper CDM and upgrades at LB & CB at a minimum.

 

Been posting this on a near weekly basis. Without sufficient upgrades in these 3 areas, we're getting pumped rotten. No doubt about it unfortunately.

Can see Idah and 1 loan coming in before window closes and that's woefully short.

Back Rodgers or lose him.

 

I do think it’s time Rodgers got off the fence, if he is being stalled by the board on new players then that should be in the public domain, it’s fair to say the majority of the supporters are frustrated by the wall of silence.

I think he's a big enough boy to go and talk to those he needs to without having to resort to going to the media (who don't give a flying * about us) and whinging like a brat.

Time will tell by the end of the window if the players have been brought in (number and quality) that BR is happy with or not. Nothing we do or say as supporters is going to change anything about this window now.

 

They've got us all spun up like Idah would make it a good window - its genius.
Idah is an upgrade only on Oh, not on Kyogo

Start of window, Brendan's goal was to bring in first team quality to raise level for Europe as well as at home throughout the team - including Striker, LB, DM, CH, GK, #10
We got the GK done and that's it.
MoR leaves, we are worse than we began.

We have more than the necessary funds to do everything the manager wants, other clubs recruit well and professionally.

Miovski deal was far larger than people anticipated. Believed to be about £7m. Their biggest ever sale by quite some distance. Our deal for Idah will likely be roughly the same

 

With every day that passes with * all I get gradually more angry. Three or four days it’s stress related heart attack time

Then we need a explanation from the board either brendans being a * with players or why they failed to spend.

The niave hope I've had for this window is quickly turning to anger day by day.
