It does and to say we have * this window away is beyond an understatement.
Over the years I have agreed with some of the arguments for and against the current board/Desmond structure at Celtic and overall leaned in favour. But there is no question starting with the * show that was the summer and where we are now after this window I am done. The summer and the whole load of mostly project signings clearly * away almost over night all the progress Ange had made which you felt left us on the verge of taking a step forward at Champions league level. Long before we reached this window it was clear as day the trouble we were in because of the summer and the ultra conservative project signing strict salary ceiling approach. Yet what have we done this window absolutely nothing literally nothing in terms of addressing any never mind some or all of the teams obvious needs.
So from a point last May when we were in a position to push on as a club we have deliberately had the brakes put on us by the board/Desmond and their ultra conservative approach and as a direct result of their actions we are teetering on the precipice of this season imploding and for me I am done. I don't say any of the above lightly either. I have been on here a long time and got to know some of you and those who know me and or just are used to my postings know I am far from a knee * reaction person. Quite the opposite really. But that is where I am.

I wanted to post this separately but I actually feel sorry for Adam Idah. It is not his fault but he clearly and why should he has no idea that his loan signing given he is clearly much closer to yet another project signing then someone ready to come in and make us a better team first team ready impact signing is going down like a lead balloon.

 

We are absolutely irrelevant in the grand scheme of things. Playing in an abysmal league, done nothing of any value in Europe for over a decade.

All we’re good for is occasionally selling a player for a decent bit of money to a better team in the UK/Europe.
