Playing up to the Republican/Unionist thing. Plenty of other posters see it too, with references to balaclavas etc.

Mate grow up and stop watching conspiracy theories on YouTube. Adidas have made loads of camo clothes for years, tracksuits, jackets and shoes ffs. Ps I actually think the jersey is nice

 

Sorry but that’s absolutely wild! Aye a lot of supporters have been happily pointing out that it has connotations of a RA uniform but Adidas haven’t done that intentionally. They’ve always come up with funky designs.

 

I can’t be sure, but on the close up high res pics I’ve seen of the kit I think the silhouette/design might actually be the mountains behind the training ground at Lennoxtown overlapped. Our third kit last year was inspired by the Barras (although I don’t see how). So that’s the only thing that looks similar to the club I can see with them going for.

like you both say adidas would never intentionally relate to something like that that could create such a backlash for them.

 

Aye. Been plenty of teams that have have camouflage merchandise.

I love it i think its something we should be doing with the 3rd kit each year something unusal and out there.

I wanted bumblebee back bit its different if were releasing 4 kits every year why cant 1 be wild. Ive picked up a couple of the ajax and dortmund kits in past because of the look (ajax bob marley top and dortmund blackout)

For all out old kits some have been bad but in the commercial market theres such a thing as so bad its good. Remember the 92 away kit.it was awful rancid amd i think was voted worst away uk kit of the 90s, now its a collectors item selling for upwards of 300£ on ebay

 

Maybe not intentionally, but they should, as a company, be aware of the possible connotations. If not, the club should be advising them. As I said, we should leave that sort of thing to the huns, intentional or not.

Do any "in the knows" have any idea when the 3rd shirt will be released? I can see it being a big seller.

Not a fan of that third kit at least from the pictures. Like the new home and away tops though. That will probably be what I end up with this year those 2.
