My son is a goalie and used to get the full kits for training. Then we discovered you can get the goalie tops without celtic badge for £26!!!! Can get the full trefoil range a think they are called for him for £50 full kit if to get with celtic badges on it over £100!

 

It’s not hard to make a decent keepers top,look at some of the ones Forster or Boruc wore.

 

I kind of think goalkeeper kits are supposed to be a bit *. Some of those really well liked Adidas ones from the 90s were brilliant because of their shiteness.

I actually don't mind the adidas goalkeeper kits it's just that none of them really fit Celtic, except maybe this one adidas Tiro 24 Pro Short Sleeve Goalkeeper Jersey (kitlocker.com) in green.

 

Any news on 3rd kit

 

Certainly like the look of that new away top. Probably will end up getting that.

 

Genuinely believe they waited until signing a keeper before unveiling that top. Better hope the ink's dried.

 

Like the new away top, but wish they would go back to using our actual badge. And as with the home top, it would look a lot better without the templated triangles.

 

I like a yellow away top. It makes it much easier for my failing eyes to see who's who when playing against St Mirren etc. That, or a mint green one a la 1986...

 

Was a bit annoyed because I'll already be on holiday when they release it, but have made arrangements for it to be delivered to me on holiday. Pre-ordered the sponsorless as per usual.

 

I wish you could buy a top with Celtic Foundation on it. I think that would look quality.

 

They looked good v Man City. Should do that as an option with a % of the sales going to the foundation.

 

Should definitely do something. I think people would buy it. The reality is they could press it on if requested like they do with name/numbering.

I think often the sponsorless actually looks a bit too plain or like a training top, usually better than Dafabet but the shirt feels like something is missing.

 

The home top in 2012/13 still had a sponsor (Tennents) but it wasn’t very prominent.



Maybe that’s a better way to go? Sponsors are here to stay,for better or worse,and we’ve got only ourselves to blame that it’s always booze and gambling companies!

 

I can imagine lots of sponsors wouldn't be particularly happy with that is the issue.

 

It's actually bizarre how much better the kit look with a different sponsor on it. I can't see why they can't negotiate a deal to offer sponsorless shirts as well as sponsor shirts and just stick a few extra bob on them to cover the loss.
