Sons of Donegal CSC mate. Convenor of the CSC called the other night by mate of his, that runs a boozer in perth, saying that police have payed visits to all pubs in the area telling them this.

Well if it is in fact true then its time celtic fans stopped lining the pockets of the splflplfs clubs that depend on our fans for staying afloat while getting treated like *.

This is getting out of control now.

We are being treated as second class citizens and i don't use that term lightly.

I don't get it. The police are going to revoke the licence of pubs if they serve celtic fans?

    That is surely impossible.

This is now becoming similar to a game of Cluedo.

I don't usually advocate this.... but I wouldn't be surprised if all the seats in the away section are smashed up by the time the game's over. :56:

They won't have the Green Brigade to blame.

That would be extremely counterproductive and deal a very bad blow against the FAC campaign, especially with a review of the Bill coming up.

It's imperative we keep our powder dry on boxing day.

Ah... we all know the "pyro and smoke bombs" stuff is a bullshit excuse.

Maybe if someone suggests this on the day... it'd be interesting to see how the stewards would react.

Thing it, doing that will only validate the decisions from the police.

If it is true that pubs will be refusing to serve celtic fans, on top of the flag and banner bans, I think people should just not bother going. I know they have already bought tickets but better not go, and never go back again, rather than causing bother. Causing trouble will only lead to more welcomes like this from other clubs. Refusing to go back will make other Scottish clubs take note.

Health and safety mate, your opened flag might blow in someone's face, potentially taking their eyes out. Thus, leaving the victim blind leading to erratic behaviour on their behalf. They then might break the stick off their flag pole and stab someone else in the eyes for revenge and then before long, the whole of Mcdiarmid park's sitting pretending to watch the football with hollow eye-sockets.

I never said it was a good idea, I just wouldn't be surprised if things got a bit heated.

Some Celtic fans will already be * off, all it will take is a little spark to light the fuse.

But I agree with you suggesting just to stay away completely. Can't see everyone taking this stance though.

Its discrimination, this country is going back the way. * celtic for not standing up for the fans, and * the police that have far too much power now

I agree and the amount of neds that have been creeping into our away support with the type of behaviour we are quick to condemn the Huns for need getting to * and not any further encouragement in my book.

I'd take the whole not serving Celtic fans with a pinch of salt at the moment. Can't see how that could possibly be forced on publicans.

Not saying it isn't true but it's just a twitter rumour for the time being.

We've enough to be getting on with without hearsay and conjecture.
