Wish people would at least read the previous couple of pages before they wade in.

It was more than a couple. It's vandalism. If someone went into your house or your local pub and jumped about wrecking seats and *. What would you do?

And before you claim it's different. It isn't.

I'm saying they should communicate in the investigation. If they don't this will never end and the GB will keep getting blamed even if it wasn't them.

It seems pretty straight forward to me. Celtic is our club, we like to think of ourselves as being part of the Celtic family. We talk about doing things 'the Celtic way'. The Celtic way isn't about turning a blind eye to behaviour that shows the club and it's support in a bad light. If we see individuals conducting themselves in a manner likely to discredit the good name of Celtic FC and our fans it should be our business to point out and ostracise the people involved. Those people are not Celtic fans, nor are they part of the Celtic family, they are immature nonentities who need to grow up and either support the club properly or stay the * way. People debating whether they should grass up these people should ask themselves where their base loyalties lay......With Celtic FC or a bunch of f6cking wee neds....It's not a hard one is it, at least it shouldn't be. I see both sides of this argument here to be honest, I wouldn't criticise anyone for grassing on them. I don't trust the police enough to do it myself, I'd probably just grab a hold of the ones that are doing it and tell them to * rap it.

People who vandalise should be caught and made to pay for the damage. The thickos who do this would quickly scurry under the floorboards and proclaim 'it wuzne me, it wuz him'. Weak minded thickos tarnishing the majority of the away fans who were there to watch a match and the club as a whole.

    Ban them for LIFE.

Not calling you a liar at all but that is an easy statement to make from behind a computer. Different decision if you're there in the moment, and probably quite enjoying the atmosphere. Everyone seemed to be on a high and would you want to bring it down? Just playing devil's advocate.

I'd like to think most Celtic supporters would tell these guys being arseholes to cut it out, but it doesn't seem like any of that happened at all on Friday night.

ano there was a few kids(14-16) that tried to wave a few seats about and got told to rap it before they held it up for a few seconds.

but ano that from where i was seats never got snapped on purpose. lads where on top of seats due to the over crowding. and the goal surges put about 30+ people on there *.

18 smoke bombs 3 fireworks and a flare to be precise . Hundreds of pounds worth of damage which the club will pay for no doubt , about time the people who done this were charged ..The smoke bomb landed near our keeper too . This needs knocking on the head now its not giving us a good name at all :38:

Did the coppers or the stewardest not even try and stop the ammount of people overcowding mate? Or where the coppers a bit more lienient than they would be at celtic park?

I noticed it was the stewards and not the cops that were holding the ajax fans back. Why was that?

The wreckage of seats in the pictures seemed to stop around 8 rows up. I was in the 10th row and never seen any broken seats in my row which was also overcrowded but not as much as the front where the most amount of destruction was and i saw * holding seats up taking 'selfies' a few rows down. Complete and utter jokes. The reported figure of broken seats is 175, most of which are definitely down to accidents from jumping around at goals and plenty of people falling over rows onto seats.

The statement from the group was fantastic and outlines that they share some of the blame. This will not happen again.

the stewards were letting people in any gate mate to start with so everyone was crammed!
they never tried to intervene once, dont really blame them mate no way in * it could be changed.

was a fantastic atmosphere and great game overall.

throwing it on the pitch is idiotic, completely agree. dont see the problem if its kept in the stand.

If your gonnae have the balls to use a smoke bomb, keep it in the stands, when used correctly they look cracking and i have no problem with pyro, but the boy nearly hit our goalkeeper,it's not on.

    Fair enough mate.

Sometimes people don't get the message. I wouldn't rush to the cops immediately but if it became a consistent problem then I would grass them up.

Fair enough it is a big jump! :smiley-laughing002:

Police work involves a lot of asking questions. They can't just magically work out who is responsible without asking people, it's the foundation of most investigations. Especially with the * quality of CCTV etc.
