    I was in that wee group that the police huddle around, unneeded. 6 or 7 vans holding 8 coppers, horses and 200 coppers to 300 coppers I'd say. Absolute disgrace and after about 45 mins they said that it was a breach of a section of law which could cause mass destruction. They let people go 3 at a time every 5 mins.

    This is absolutely disgusting. I have nothing but contempt for the police on this one. Celtic really need to speak out on this as this has gone way beyond out of hand. This is flat out abuse and intimidation by the police who look like the real criminals in this.

    I put a thread up on Celtic chat last week called "Who we are?" I was roundabout trying to hint at this scenario and not much took up on it. First few posts was hinting that maybe I was too Irish in what I said. Being from Belfast I could see this coming like a freight train. Let's see if we all stand together on this issue. This is not just about the GB, this is overall about the demonisation of our club and all that it stands for!!!

    ACAB's issues with the GB getting really sinister now, not seen scenes like that since the miners strike back in the '80s.
    Ask yourself this, would these scenes happen if the huns were marching along Paisley Road West?

    Would have been more Police but they were taking part in the SDL March in the City Centre at the same time.

    This is what happens when Police are allowed to influence Politics and the Politicians stand back allowing it to happen.

    My local MSP Kenneth Gibson SNP backed this nonsense and come voting time he`ll be getting told where to shove his vote.

    where who declined from marching? The huns on their non liquid march or the union flag protestors in George sq. But your right in a forward thinking society these silly Ultra groups should be seeking permission for peaceful protests against human right infringements and bullying by the state. They should bow down before the police and seek permission because thats what changed things for the civil rights movements in America and Northern Ireland.

    Maybe slightly off topic but due to the actions of the SNP Govt (ala Football bills and old firm 'shame game') I can see them losing the indy ref and getting gutted in the next election.

    As Celtic fans can anyone here say they will vote for the SNP after their meddling in the game.
