So you think the Green Brigade are as important or are close to being as important as Neil Lennon?

Pad hasn't said anything out of line to be reported, he is speaking his mind on the debate.

Well if that's your response to a reasonable post then at least we know where you stand :50:

I think the board look at far more different financial income streams ahead of anything the presence of the Green Brigade could generate. It would be bad if the Green Brigade weren't at matches and I think along the way it's been lost that I actually support them for the most part.

    Saved me typing that out!

Not to retread old ground, but in my opinion what Neil said in the airport that night was completely out of order, it was a slap in the face to all the fans who had supported him when he really needed it, who hadn't turned their back on him when we were 15 points behind before the end of October, who had sung their hearts out in Udine only to see us crash out of Europe, on a thousand mile round trip the week before Christmas. He was due them an apology for that, in my opinion. It isn't about who is more important. For me, it happened, it was sorted at the end of the season, it's forgotten about.

I would like to quote a gb member on lennons last day actions with the trophy:
    "forgiven but not forgotten".

    Really?

Celtic F.C generated a shitload in merchandise from the JCGE and Glasgow's Green and white T-shirts, jerseys etc. off the back of the GB.

People that think no Celtic fan can do any wrong hmmm that's hilarious. Neil Lennon was absolutely 100% spot on when talking about a tiny minority, he wasn't talking about the Celtic support as a whole. If people that can't recognise why '* UEFA' was potentially harmful to the club is in denial.

Well padmill i got reported last night for a comment made to you and a warning for it?

Its a resonable post if you don' t change your intial point which was singing about huns?

In my home and at others functions I agree with rebels and enjoy them but there is a time and place for such thing In My Opinion just i do believe that others have different opinions and respect that just a long as they keep the clubs reputation and blckubs best interest in mind.

Exactly frank, and didn't the club get fined for that banner aswell? Sometimes they just need to think before they do.

He seemed to care quite a lot when he planted the SPL trophy in front of the GB section specifically. Lenny knows he * up with that * and if he didn't care he wouldn't have singled the section out for special treatment. Don't kid yourself that Lennon doesn't give a * what the fans think, he's not Strachan.

He planted the trophy infront of the fans because of the support and atmosphere they creates last season as he said in his post match interview.

And a man who has received death threats or choose between being shot for playing for his home country or quitting will not give a * what a group of fabd think? Why? Because the majority of human beinfs that have been through what he has before what went on with the GB will not care because they are dealing with larger issues.

Don't think so mate. He doesn't cease to care about smaller issues than death threats purely because of them. Why bother caring about winning a stupid wee league if that's the mentality you think he has? Of course he cares what the fans think, that's partly why he's popular and Strachan wasn't.
