Hope you enjoyed your VE day march today. But keep away from my club you bigoted feeble minded terrorist supporting brit *.

Do you at least accept Celtic is a broad church and your views are just yours and not all Celtic supporters ?

Was speaking with a few folk in the ‘Bhoys’ group

Some rough heads & not the sharpest tools in the box

My feeling was no wonder the club don’t engage well with them type of folk

Irrational, emotive & plenty of arrogance

    Anyway, will leave them be

MacBhoy on the HB who’s a member of the GB

We've been slapped with a suspended sanction of a 3 home-match ban, including any away matches which fall inside that time period.

The sanction is unprecedented and falls outside of any disciplinary policy or process - because one doesn't exist and they refuse to implement one.

The sanction is also currently unquantifiable therefore not actually respective of any supposed wrongdoing. The true length or value of the sanction will be determined by when it is triggered and the fixture calendar at that time. For example, 3 home matches may fall with only 1 away match inside that period; or 3 home matches could fall with 3 away matches in the time period.

The club are essentially starting the season by putting us on probation with a 4-6 match ban hanging over us.

Given one of their cited concerns relates to flying Palestine flags, its another shameful example of their position on that topic. In the same email they also reiterate that it is inappropriate for them to meet with me, which has been well documented now as being due to my affiliation with Palestine.

Ironically, we were cautiously optimistic for the season given we had been exploring a new and hopefully more constructive way of working with the club - involving new personnel and not those who had previously clashed for right or for wrong.

Our first formal meeting with the Club since November 2023 was due to take place next week. And now they've hit us with this.

Strong arming them before the meeting, this is what happens when you employ ex coppers into the security side. Both sides are being childish as * with things but the board are just going to extra lengths to alienate the support.

Should be building on a position of strength not showing weakness. Club are happy to take advantage of the section when it suits them.

Not when it's outside of any process, follows no rhyme nor reason and at the discretion of people who have no objectivity.

We are fairly pragmatic. We know there will be occasions where we cross lines and have no problem with being held to account. That's why we have been asking for years to have a fair and transparent disciplinary policy and process. Once that's in place, hold us to it.

This is just blackmail. They are holding the threat of bans over us to censor what we say or do. It's an impossible task for us because there are no obvious parameters. Aye, there are stadium regulations and codes of conduct etc. but we, and most other fans, regularly breach these in various ways and most of the time there is no repercussions.

To sanction us for leaving our section without permission is utterly ridiculous and speaks to the above point. At that match, we probably had less than 30 people waving Palestine flags along the bottom of the North Stand on a walkway. We will probably have double that number in the Lisbon Lions stand on Sunday to do a tifo - but they won't have Palestine flags

Can just imagine the board realising how unpopular they are what with * all signings. You know what may help? Why don’t we ban the only mob that actually create a decent atmosphere in the stadium as well. That’ll make things better.

Thats where they fall down every single time they refuse to own anything they do wrong. Most fans don't take flares, smoke bombs and questionable massive displays either.

If you agree or disagree with pyro and the displays is another story but the fact is they've been told umpteen times not to do it

What he said is true but most people do end up breaching these codes in one way or another. I wouldnt say they aren't owning anything if they're asking for a transparent disciplinary policy.

Everything the board do seems purposely vague just to target politics that may be seen as controversial with the media.

Yeah they cut it out because the club was threatened with a ban no other reason. I agree with some of what they do and disagree with other things they do but they always try to paint themselves as angels

This is one of the two concerns that the Club has described as serious safety and security related breaches leading to the suspended ban:

Mac on the HB posted this along with a video
