Would love to know the reason behind why our fans were dispersed while the huns fans who did similar at Fir Par a while back were allowed to do so with impunity

Desperate to make things up for attention

 

Can our club not grow a pair and sue the feckers for made up pish? I'm sure they can be done for character defamation and, who knows, they might even get a few bob out of it which I know they get off on.

 

Thankfully JP called it out.


Probably the only one who actually sticks up for the fans one of the good guys.

 

Hopefully the club do take it further, not just in this in this case, but also all the other * that gets directed towards us and we just accept it. Can you imagine the reaction from the huns if someone from the MSM wrote an inaccuracy about them?

On Boxing Day's Scottish Premiership match with St Johnstone at McDiarmid Park, Celtic fans ended up in clashes with police.

Originally the travelling Hoops fans attempted to watch the match from a hill outside the stadium in Perth, before officers moved them away.

Armed with flares and sporting banners reading "F**k the SNP", the fans were eventually dispersed.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Officers on patrol came across a small group gathered outside the football stadium on Crieff Road, Perth on Sunday 26 December.

"Officers engaged with them and they later dispersed."

 

Good on the guy for coming out with that. Maybe the MSM will report that with the same vigour they reported the so called "clash" but, once again, I won't hold my breath

 

A few Saints fans in that post saying the same as that guy.

 

I would say the classic idiom when pigs fly comes to mind in terms of the likelihood of that happening.

 

As much as I don't agree with it but in the days of this covid restrictions, there definitely is a story there for the media. 500 fans only allowed in the stadium, the social distancing to be kept along with mask wearing. This gives them a stick for them * to try and beat us with. We all know how people can be manipulated by the mass media. You just have to look at the state of the worlds in these days to know this and this gave them this opportunity to do so.

With that said, fair * to these supporters for going against the grain and turning up! Hopefully more and more will join them next time there's an opportunity to see us or protest.

And as for the saints fans. Fair play to them aswell for speaking out in support of us. Good to see.

 

The SNP and polis have got it in for Celtic fans because of opposition the ridiculous offensive behaviour act and Bernard Higgins.They are making an example.
