thing is lads alot of people hate the green brigade a think they are amazing all they want do is sing than just sit there in silence and the stewards are just acting like dicks tbh

This is the bit that baffles me, if we've managed to achieve a safe environment for supporters in previous years, with many supporters standing, then why the need for the sudden warnings and a stricter approach.?

However, it is stressed that it is out of the clubs hands, bashing the board would be pointless here, as they have more than likely been asked to act in the way that they have done on behalf of The Safety Team and the police.

Any anger we have with this issue, shouldn't just be with the board.

 

Who seems to think the GB are bigger than the club? The GB site doesn't suggest they think it.
FACT - They are the main contributor to the atmosphee these days, so i think it's fair comment to say the atmosphere would die or be * without them.
The board are not dealing with this very well at all!

if it's a safety issue and you really appreciate what the GB bring, then install infrastructure that will make it safe. put in crash barriers, etc. that way you can have safety and atmosphere.

truth is they won't do this because they don't give a * about atmosphere and this isn't a police issue. john reid is smarting after the poppygate bollox and would like to put the GB in it's place
