Dunno mate, it's unclear at the end. You see one of the scumbags on top of him scudding him a number of times and the camera moves away. He could easily have died but I've not seen an update on it.

 

Being reported he’s serious but stable.....horrific injuries to every part of his body....ultra nationalist Jews were having a demonstration and thought he was Palestinian...looks like he wasn’t Palestinian but from another Arab country

The more they do these banners the more everyone just points and laughs at us.

I think others are probably laughing more at the constant whinging online.

At least the GB are doing something.

 

The GB have a decent amount of sway with the wider Celtic support. I see no reason they couldn’t call for a protest outside the ground, next weekend for example. If 15,000 huns can tear up the city centre then there is no reason thousands can’t gather at Celtic Park for a peaceful protest.

I think the banners are fine but we could do more.

Of course if the Trust, Affiliation and various CSCs got involved as well it would have more of an impact.

 

I've not disagreed with any banner the GB has released in the last 12 months.

As @Sean Daleer says, at least they have the conviction to put their passion for the club into action and make their feelings known.

Most are die-hards, as much as some like to paint them as "not true fans" or the like. They eat, sleep and breathe Celtic.

I think most will renew but they'll hold on a little, just like I intend to as well.

And you better believe they'll be calling out some of the rats we have in the boardroom when we actually get back into the stadium.

 

They can call them out all they want mate, if they are still going to put money into the club, then they can forget about change, it’s simple as that. Banners will make no * take notice, boycotting and protesting outside the ground on game days will. I’ve had my book for 25 years and I always thought I would have one the rest of my life, but enough is enough. I fear that not enough people will do likewise though, and then we deserve all we get as a fan base if we don’t.

 

I respect what you're saying and do agree to an extent.

I've had my book the same length of time as you and I'm seething at the way we're being ran but I will renew my book as it's more than just the football for me. It's a social day out with a family member that's struggled big time with the pandemic and lockdowns.

That said I intend to wait til the deadline and possibly extended ones before handing over my money, I want the spooks put up them as much as possible.

If my family member wasn't in the picture then my decision could very well be different and I'm a person that knocked back a Uni Course in a different country for Celtic, lost jobs for Celtic, relationships ended for Celtic.

All the extra stuff that I pay on top of my season book is gone til I see real change though. Between hospitality (when we actually made semis & finals) merch, food & drink at games, speakers nights and 'Rangers' games I could easily spend another £1000-1200 a year, outwith all my tickets. A drop in the ocean for total club revenues but something they will need to address if a lot of others do the same or as you're doing and don't renew their book.

 

Hope they have the * Wigman on tomorrow's banner.

 

I know what you are saying about putting the spooks up them, but if we continue to to buy, then they will know they can get away with treating us like scum. They have shown over the past year they couldn’t care less about us.

I’ll be honest, had we appointed Howe, then I would have renewed, as in my opinion, it would have been an ambitious appointment I would have felt. However, the * excuse about backroom staff I don’t buy for a second. I hope Postecoglou can come in and completely transform us, I don’t see it happening though. The board have gone for a yes man I feel, and Kennedy and Strachan staying will be the cherry on top. It’s absolutely scandalous. I cannot bring myself to back this board, and I feel by renewing, then that’s what I would be doing.
