In Edinburgh so loving the pain from these *

Also here on husband duties and at Jersey Boys...can't stop listening to 'oh what night' and thinking the GB could make a classic with this tune.

"Oh what a night, late May 1967" ...the big ones won and it feels like heaven" oh, the huns have died and I cant stop smiling, oh what a feeling, what a night"

    Mon the Bon Jovies

I expect to see a great banner on Saturday welcoming Lennon home. Give him the welcome he deserves

Definitely time to move on - Lennons season now. He will be the one who wins it all or doesn't in the history books. A lot still to be played for.

I know Manchester United have one to that tune which has recently made a comeback, largely as it is about Solskjaer's winner in the '99 Champions League. I think it is something like this.
Late in May back in '99,
Ole scored a goal in injury time,
    What a feeling what night,
    Oh what a night

I go and watch Cambridge United here, whenever Dion Dublin turns up around the place there is a similar song celebrating his hat-trick against local rivals Peterborough in 1989, so I assume it predates it. I can't remember how it goes though. It is a fine tune for a football chant though, something 'Waterfall' isn't.

Never get the hate that flares cause, as long as it's in the hands of someone experienced- no some wee ned that's made a home made one and chucks it onto the pitch. I'm actually surprised there isn't more at home games, from my understanding the federation has never fined any Scottish clubs for just setting off flares in league games, even looks like UEFA aren't going to fine us over the flares set during the Leipzig game away from home which is surprising to say the least.

Just find it funny, quite often the people sat at home want others 'hounded out' or claim that some of those who actually attended the game 'aren't real fans'.

It's only a flare ffs - I'd be more angry about a glass bottle and coins being thrown at our players.

It puts the celtic support in a negative light throwing flares onto the pitch. Reading this morning that police Scotland are investigating a glass bottle thrown from the away end last night too, so I'm sure your pretty angry at that?

You’d have to go to the game first.
