I think they are subtle enough that it'll be fine. Like its the Green Brigade logo skull thing in the IRA uniform, Rodgers/Sniper at work they can't really do anything about that or Brendan Rodgers Undefeated Army

Nthing specifically mentioning the IRA and nothing like bombs or guns or anything in the banner. Huns will complain no doubt though desperate.

 

We will get hammered over the banner tonight.

I think you are right. Should have made banners to highlight stripping the titles instead. That would have wound them up too.

 

* that, the banners were perfect and hit the spot hard, without being 100 percent wrong, so its touch and go.

Tin hat on here but what the * the point in those banners when you know all eyes will be on this after what happened last week and also given our recent history with Uefa. Why even give them half a chance to get another fine or whatever in ? If and it's a big if we are forced to play behind closed doors is it worth it ?



Also just to clarify I'm in no way saying it offends or I care if it offends anyone but I just think what's the point ? Is it worth it really in the grand scheme of things?

Have to agree with this. Not their brightest idea, whether I think the banners are offensive or not.

Without sounding to hypocritical the banners were great but FFS absolutely no need in them.

How many more times can we be fined before we end up playing a game behind closed doors? cant be many anyway.

Throw in certain songs which were sung & huns in overdrive emailing UEFA/ press covering it we will get hammered here and i wont be totally surprised if its more than a fine this time
