This. Their hurt over the defeat & our dominance is palpable, clinging on to anything to deflect from their rotten club & performance.

Truthfully I thought the banners on show were pretty poor efforts compared to previous ones which really displayed a lot of wit & imagination but hey ho.

Things like this will always grows arms & legs in this day & age. Some poor wee soul says, 'I'm offended, pass it on' & before you know it what started out as a jibe about them goin down the tubes is a major diplomatic incident all fuelled by hurting Huns & a gutter press.

The dolls were a daft stupid thing to do. Wrecking toilets I can't get my head round the thinking of that also a stupid thing to do but it has been blown massively out of proportion. The statement that they just released is to deflect from the result on Saturday as they have previously done. It's impossible to take them serious when they belt out the billy boys and play Linfield and pose with flute bands on a yearly basis.

I'd be willing to bet if the fixture was played at Ibrox we'd have seen a lot worse from their fans than we saw from ours.

If I'm being honest, I'd rather any banners or displays were geared towards supporting our club than focusing on another, irrelevant club.

Banners about 'war', dolls hung in effigy, huge Irish flags.

    * sake, some people went to quite a lot of trouble for a game against a club that died and has no relevance anymore...

The huge Irish flag and the quote about War was a reference to The Foggy Dew song and a nod to the 100th Anniversary of the Easter Rising.

So that only leaves the dolls. Not much to hang your hat on there.

You could probably reference the full house as well or maybe the increased uptake in ST's if you want to go down the "it's aw aboot thu rainjurs" pish.

    I wait with baited breath......

You can see why Scotland can't relate the hanging doll's to a club that didn't die. Oh wait.........

'Our story'? What stories this? Their club got liquidated, still the same scumbag fans.

The rivalry has always been between the fans. I'm surprised that anyway would think it would be anything different.

What, tricolours and references to the Easter Rising?

Have you watched us since the turn of the year? :smiley-laughing002:
