Was watching the reserves game against St.Mirren, that Milan Misun looks a great prospect,Not only did he tackle well but showed pace.Niall McGinn doesn't look like he will have our midfielders worried about their places in the team,he will probably rot in the reserves.

very pessimistic thoughts u have there. Why judge him after one game .. hes only just joined the club.

aye go easy on wee Niall mate, he came from a much crappier league, give him a bit of time...but you're right about Misun, he's looking good
-

Mizuno took his goal well i thought, and your right about Misun he looks a good prospect, he was playing at centre back though .
Mark Brown should get a mention as well for his save from Billy Mehmet that he tipped onto the post! -
Totally agree Lisbonlion. You can't gauge much from one appearance. give the lad a chance. It takes a while to settle in.:celt_2: -

Saw the reply of that match on celtic tv this morning, everytime i looked mccourt had the ball at his feet , controlling the play and linking from midfield to the strikers. Best player on the park.
-
mcginn started poorly but as the game went on he had more confident and had a few nice touches
mccourt was class hopfully he recovers from his injury soon
misun was class to he looked strong fast and composed on he ball and hes only 18 now we know why milan wanted him. a good prospect -
Think we will have to give Mcginn a bit of time still but i would really like to see this misun get a run out tomorrow in the scottish cup.

good result for the reserves ,but if you take it into context these lads are not really gonna challenge for a year at least so i wouldnt be making any big judgements on the basis of playing in the first team yet,,,
in a years time then i would judge or at the start of pre season ,,,maybe 2 or 3 will make the breakthrough,,,
we just have to wait and see,,too early to judge -
mccourt had a slow start and now hes coming onto a game hopfully mcginns the seem and not a flop. you also have to remember hes only 21
-
I just watched the game there and I can't agree with how you've assessed Misun's performance. He looked very slow to me and got outrun by Billy Mehmet at one stage!
Early days though. -

I remember a reserve game at Montrose a couple of years back and my mate said Du Wei (remember him!) looked decent
