Transfer deadline day is a great day for a Celtic fan to go to bed early and catch up on some rest.

I think it'll be a case of one or the other with these two. Ronny said something along the lines of "We'll see what Position is best for Blackett in September"(or something to that effect). That says to me that we've got targets at Left back and Centre back and whichever position we don't buy for, will be the position Blackett plays.

You going to drop Bitton or Brown? Because that two on their day are unplayable... They have come of 2 bad games. That's nothing.

In: Simunovic, N'Sakala, Fletcher (on loan), Christie.

Out: VVD, Scep, Stokes, Derk, McGregor and/or O'Connell (on loan), Christie (loan back to ICT), maybe Tierney out on loan too if we get N'Sakala (or another LB)

This is what I can see happening between now and the deadline.
    Could be worse.

I can see a surprise thrown in there, too. Either in or out. Just hope it's not another one of our important players leaving.

I just want Christie signed . Loan him back to ICT, as long as his future is here . He will be the best player to come out of scotland in a long time .

We need 2 or 3 good players in. Not sure we'll get that many.

Whoever we get we should have got them 8 weeks ago to build a squad that makes the champions league. Complete joke by the board yet again.

We have players we get for champions league and players we get if we go out of champions league

We can't attract players with no guarantee of champions league and we don't want to commit to players who would help us qualify but would be useless in champions league

The team we have should have qualified for Europe no problem. Shows how bad a result and display it was

We had boyata in straight away for cover for deneyer

The problem is we have always been hemorrhaging goals in Europe papered up by good defensive record in the spl

    Albit not winning the treble

If I were Caley Thistle I'd want Tierney on loan as part of the Christie deal.

No thank you. Jumped for the money. Excellent player in his time but next time a pot of gold was on the horizon he'd be away chasing it.

I would be very surprised if Biton or Forrest left, been no chat about them leaving at all as far as I know.

I'd wait until we get a new manager in before signing anybody else.

I don't think we offered him a new contract. He made noises about wanting to stay. Also think not offering him and Sammy new contracts tipped Lennon over the edge to leavegl

Totally inaccurate, he did not jump for the money. Many have recently and for * at EPL but he wanted to stay and wasn't seen as worth a new contract. He was actually shocked and shared that with many of the players.

Not sure if I'd really want him back if honest, although a good steady consistent performer but let's be clear he wasn't one who chased some pot of gold.

A contract offer was on the table for weeks.

"They (Celtic) offered me a contract and I was actually planning on signing," the midfielder told BBC Wales.

"I spoke to Palace and, for me, it was the right time to go."

He left for money. Plain & simple.

He left because we fannied about with an offer then slapped a contract down when he had 6 months left on his contract because it finally occured to us he might not sign it.

We fannied Ledley about because he wanted to sign, we thought he'd just sign any offer.

    We * that up ourselves.

Which would be an indicator of his reluctance to return, considering the same heirarchy is in charge.
