I think you'll find some of those players play for the first team. Stop being brainwashed by what the papers say!

 

It as a good display for me, good experience for the bhoys and hopefully sets us up with more confidence for the home games.

 

I think they were poor tonight - especially in the first half - because WE never left them play. We got stuck in, didn't give them time on the ball to settle into the usual Italian way of playing.

I think we outplayed a good Udinese team for the majority of the match, even when they put us under pressure in the second half.

 

How many times samaras isnt the answer... They arent great should have won who is there keeper?

 

And what did Sammy contribute ?

we were playing poor before this game, and while the result is sore, we showed we have good players and they can play well, i thought first half we were excellent

Aye we probably got away a bit with that one but it's really funny how they never gave a pen for that but the ref gave a penalty for an even SHOFTER challenge.

Still taking loads of positives out of the game tonight as the only real downer was that shocking decision for their penalty.

 

I wonder if people would be saying "Lenny's tactics were *" had we gone on to win this game..

Absolute *. Bangura's touch was rotten. Lost possession far too many times- at least Hoops can hold onto the ball.

 

So if he done it outside the box and then they score from the resulting free kick would have been ok would it? I don't think so. It was never a foul anywhere on the field of play - period.
