    Commons won't start mate, it's almost guaranteed. I fear that something is happening behind the scenes with both Commons and Lenny, similar to what happened a couple of years ago with Strachan and McGeady. It's possible that they have had some sort of heated exchange over something or other and it's resulted in Commons being dropped from the team.

    I'll just point out, as with the last Europa League game the ESPN coverage is UK only, it's live in ROI on Setanta Ireland.

    For those interested the full list of TV fixtures in the Europa League on Thursday is as follows:

    Wont be able to go to this game unfortunately because of the early kick of time, can't get back from Aberdeen in time, but ill watch it in the pub, frankly it depends what kind of team lennon chooses to put out. Will he give hooper a partner in bangura/stokes or will he play samaras on his own without a partner as samaras simply plays better on his own.

    Also who plays cb's and who will play rb, i feel we can get exposed on the right if wilson plays as his lack of pace is really telling against a higher quality of opponent and i feel matthews has good recovery pace which will be needed against a pacy udinese side.

    If lennon can get most of these decisions right then i think we can draw or even do better, just as long as celtic don't concede inside 10 minutes then we will be doing better already.

    Same, if Udinese play well it could be 4 or 5. I fear them more than a "big" team as they will come to play at their best and batter us where as a better team would just look to get the job done a team like Udinese, their players use these games as the shop window.

    Udinese are there for the taking at home. * playing Maj or Loovens. I would play 3 cb`s with Kayal and Wanyama providing solid cover in front of them. Actually pretty confident that we will win this one providing Lenny starts some half decent players.
