Sorry but I dont think so, that attitude has CP with no atmosphere.

When I first saw this happen, i was very disappointed, other support do this bullshit not us, we should give it everything. Thats what makes us he best.

If this commitment is too much, then, basically, * off. Being blunt is the only way i'm about this

If i had a season book to CP, you wouldn't be able to shut me up

sorry for taking a part in such thread but i have to say something...

reading your posts about giving money to celtic etc i'm really shocked!
I think here's an answer for the 'paradise atmosphere problem'...
it's unbelieveble some of you think that supporters work ends with buying a ticket... football is not a movie... you're not coming to stadium only to watch the game but to support the team... clubs are supporters!

I dont know what you think about it but i think we should make some sort of club thing (like the jungle bhoys) to try and improove the atmosphre. If you have any ideas please reply on this post or e-mail me on adam.waters@freeuk.com Thanks

I understand that Arsenal (the gooners) have installed in their new ground a speaker sytem alround the arena that can pick up the singing from anywhere in the ground and pipe it around the rest of the stadium this is to try to get the atmosphere up at all times during the game, it seamed to work for the first game and that was only a friendly. I wonder if we could do something similar. I have been to games where the singing starts but never gets right round the ground.

its all about control ...and this is exactly what celtic wants us to be ...they have priced the colourfull characters out of the game ....they dont care if you have been the greatest supporter ever .......its the colour of your money that counts...celtic are to blame for this sterile atmosphere at parkhead ...they dont make it easy for the "real" fans to be there....i ll give you an example ..I know a guy(who shall be nameless) who has 3x season books ...he only goes to big games ...seen a celtic rangers game for the first time 2 years ago..hes nearing 50 ...yet he claims to be a celtic supporter...now I suppose in the eyes of the plc he is ...so what im saying is that a lot of so called supporters are there on a whim, courtesy of their financial standing ...depriving "real" supporters of a seat...my case is proven by the away support ...whereby they can afford the odd away game where the atmosphere is a 100x better....strangely enough its the people of the east end of glasgow who were the bulk of the celtic support in years gone by who cannot afford to go to the games now...so just think you people "who canny be bothered going today"...you are depriving a "real fan of a seat...and contributing to a declining atmosphere at parkhead ...wheres ma lanny!

Isn't this just playing songs out of the speakers making the atmosphere sound real even though it is fake, do we realy want people to know that celtic fans dont make enough noise at games so they have to have speakers to make the noise instead.

I'm in 445 and always sing like *. Sorry I missed the second half yesterday as a * copper(probably a hun) had no sense of humour when I asked for a shot of his hat! Ended up huckled from the match at half time for the above drunken mistake. Thats the last time I do something like that at the game. And the cells in CP are painted green and white LOL. HAIL HAIL

I seen that incident mate. The fat copper had only just come back from nicking somebody else and was probably knackered from climbing up the stairs. When you knocked his hat off, he was so * he could hardly get the cuffs out.His female sidekick wasn't much better. I hope nothing else happens to you.

no offence to you Barry but this sentence sounds quite stupid for me.... bad perfomance can't be used as an extenuation of bad atmosphere...

here in Poland such a sentence would surely drive supporters crazy...
for most of them football is everything they have... supporting the team is their 'job' no matter if team plays pish or not... it's all about the honour

cheering on only when team plays good fitba is not loyal behaviour...

what is more team needs your support especially when they play pish...

    cheers

what you say is completly true Szuwar, but in reality, you know, and I know this isn't how its working at celtic, and has been for a few years.

So I ask you, what is the reason for the lack of atmosphere then?

imo the fans should make the players play better with singing not the other way about

I have no clue mate especially because i'm not living in Glasgow or even somewhere near so i don't know exactly how big is this problem. of course i'm watching every game on tele but you know it doesn't give me the exact view of the situation... everything i notice is silence at Parkhead...

maybe the reason is the way people think on how they should support the team? few posts earlier one guy has written ...well ... it's completely shocking for me when i read something like: "i pay for the ticket so i can leave whenever i want"... Football stadium is not the cinema... you're not paying for ticket to watch the movie and eat popcorn... some people don't understand that clubs are supporters...supporters MUST TAKE PART in creating the 'movie'... you're not only spectators... you're actors too...

you need to make some actions for sure... some propaganda actions... speak somehow to these "silent supps" and "early leavers" minds...

one more thing... maybe those people don't know that game with great atmosphere is 100 times better than the best party with your friends??

feel free to visit me in Cracow... we'll go for the Wisla match... here where people really feel every game because of great party on the stands... everytime i'm leaving the stadium i feel exhausted just like after all night party...

i wish you all the best in improving CP atmosphere! :50: :ynwacelti

hope you'll manage to do that before i come to glasgow for my first game :)

I've was fully committed to Celtic when your mamma was still wiping your *, so I don't need a lecture from you or anyone else on this forum about how to support my team.

If you read my posts *, you'll see I'm not slagging anyone, just defending anyone's right to leave early or stay till the end........sing or not to sing..............it's a * free country.
