    CELTIC received a pre-match Champions League boost when Paris St-Germain touched down in Glasgow without Angel di Maria.

    The Argentina winger remained in France for treatment after failing a fitness test.

    Di Maria tore a thigh muscle last week while playing a World Cup qualifier against Venezuela.

    Fellow countryman Javier Pastore was also omitted from the PSG squad to face Celtic at Parkhead after failing to recover from a calf injury.

    Thiago Silva is another doubt for the Parisian side as he picked up a knock on international duty for Brazil and failed to make the starting 11 for their 5-1 drubbing of Metz in Ligue 1.
