I'm not sure how it works but I'm sure there is 2 voting patterns. One where you need 11-1 majority and the other where you need a 9-3 majority. Obviously, if it's an 11-1 vote required, it won't pass. We know Huns and Ross County are against it.

I think it will be brought forward only decision to be made is whether it's now or after boxing day. I think I'd prefer it shut down now, I don't have any affinity with St Mirren but I do feel for them as we know what it is like after last year
