    I don’t know, but I would assume they would have to allow it. Players have been sold and contracts expired so it would be a mockery if the replacements couldn’t play.

    Often teams do change throughout a cup campaign, so I don’t see any issue with it.

    The bigger problem might be if a player is cup tied though. I’m not sure what the situation on Hayes would be.
