willo flood is a by far a better player than pat mc court will ever be, has pace ,vision and gives 100% everytime, would have him in the team before donati hartley or robson . i believe that he will have made an impact by the end of this season. u heard it here first! :icon_mrgreen:

 

I think this part is a bit exaggerated. He may be a carbon copy of Brown, nothing else. Don't get me wrong, Brown is very good, but we already have similar players.

 

Good player, but I don't know where he's going to fit in.

 

I think Willo Flood is a tremendous player, all action and has real bit
of dig about him in midfield. A younger version of Barry Robson .

You can see what he brings to the team after the last three games he has played against us. He knows how to dominate a midfield.

hmm, i wasn't too keen on the lad before last night, but after I saw him play 120 mins and score an excelent first penalty, I think he'll do allright. Fair enough he's no Scott Brown or Aiden McGeady, but there is no doubt he's a good player,and for 60k thats fekin a minted signing. Av a good feeling about him.

 

I think Willo is a good signing. he might not always be first choice but a very good squad player that would have no problem slotting straight in the team. Just cause we are getting him cheap and didn make it at a shame club like city would not bother me, how much did graveson cost and that was a right mess, come on the dubs he will give a 110% in the hoops and thats what we want!! come on Willo!!

 

Even if we eliminated Donati, he still has a couple of mids above him in the pecking order. Bad move for him.

Never will i judge a player before they are given a chance to show what they can do, the boy is young enough to improve his game enough to make an impact and has got bags of energy and his heart is in the right place. Hopefully the manager can get the best out of him and i am pretty confident he can.

The amount of midfielders we're 'looking at' is * me off though. There are only so many unhappy players turning out for the reserves you can have before it starts to effect the morale of the squad.

Did you miss the two occasions last night when he waltzed through our midfield and defence ? Think this is a great addition, the guy is box to box, committed and can play football, why are we all killing the guy before he has played a game for us ? Is it cos we haven't spent 4-5 million on some big name ? i would rather some guy who will bust his balls for 90 minutes than some football mercenary who will bleed the club dry with wage demands.

Ye and what a great defence we have at the moment. Dont be silly, tell me who in that midfield will he replace or even tell me who he will replace on our bench?? I never said a 4 or 5 million player, i just dont want another reserve or sub midfielder, trust me we have enough and better prospects in that department, i can think of a few different positions where we could do with a few players, can't you?

Why is always about every january transfer window for the last 3 years wgs decides to buy extremely average over rated midfield players from the spl.
