    Magners is called Bulmers in Southern Ireland which is the original name.

    Securing an increased sponsorship deal with a brand recognised worldwide, all whilst smashing that old firm tag to pieces due to the lack of zombie within this deal, is a cracking bit of business.

    Magners tries hard to have a presence in America but fact is most yanks dont know what the * the stuff is.

    Its a good Irish brand to have a partnership with though. Suits Celtic well. I LOVE magners/ bulmers

    Stoked about this news. Am so glad that the joint sponsorships are now dead. For once I might consider buying a new shirt next season that actually has a sponsor on it.

    Brilliant stuff.

    The monotone logo with all the guff removed looks far, far better as well. I would not look into the removing of 'Irish Cider' too much. The shirt posted on page 5 or 6 of this thread, for example, looks ridiculous with the massive Magners logo due to how busy it is.

    More good Celtic news. Seems all in all like a good deal for Celtic. Of course once again the so called end of the world for the spl is not in fact happening. Instead it seems now with no huns in the equation we actually have a deal worth more money then when they were in the mix. Plus with the huns gone no more joint sponsor nonesense.

    PS - couldn't care less that Magners and Tennents are ownd by the same company. The fact that we have a different brand on our shirt to Newco is good enough for me!
