Manager has made this a tough game bringing Hendry on tbh, if they equalize we have stifled the attacking options we can bring from the bench. Sometimes his decisions tactically are * baffling...

Rodgers always does stuff like this once a gap opens up, then the Huns close it a bit and he’s stops for a while.

 

Obviously it’s shocking sportsmanship and ethically unforgivable but the ref is powerless there, that’s totally all within the rules.

 

It is up to the referee to stop the game, if a team decides to stop the play so that their own player can get treatment or to make a substitution, that is their decision.
Now, there is no doubt that Motherwell should have thrown it back as that is the De facto position, but I don't think it should be.

 

Yeah they didn’t break any rules so * all the ref can about it. Really poor Hun like behaviour from Robinson to allow that.

When we were chasing a result in the past we would put the ball out deep in the oppositions half for a throw in to “technically” give them the ball back but put them under pressure at the same time. It happened a couple of times under Gordon Strachan.
