I think with talk or Murray and Welsh going out on loan and * being brought in we will get another you get lb and run with ccv , trusty , pusey , scales and inamura as our cbs for the season, inamura has did well so I think Rodger’s will keep him around until January at least.

It's too late to show our anger by not renewing our season tickets however, if we refused to by the CL package as well as merchandise etc then those tight feckers might get the message. I appreciate that we all love CL nights but we have to acknowledge that, if those feckers don't invest in the team, then we might not even qualify for the CL in future

 

Got to qualify first. And imo we are maybe one or two injuries away from making that task harder than it already is

 

Dont worry about the UCL not a hope in * we make it past any of those teams. We will get basel who will wipe the floor with us. Europa league it is this year.

 

The most telling thing BR came out with in that interview was that he was 'trying to convince' the board to get some new players in. That to me suggests those in charge thought our transfer business was already done, at least regarding incomings. How they could think Kuhn wouldn't need replacing or that Yang an Jamsie were sufficient until Jota is back is beyond me but there you go.

 

Having a few Guinness's before the game and the main topic of conversation of the fans is our fecking board. As I said in an earlier post, we should all be buzzing about a new season but they tory feckers have sucked the enjoyment out of our souls.

 

The best thing that could come out of any transfer window is the dinosaurs on our board leaving and new people with fresh modern ideas taking their places but sadly won't happen.

Lack of 2 quality wingers will cost us the ucl qualification possibly the league. Sleeping at the wheel again

In a way, today couldn't have gone better TBH. It was made very clear where we are short and how much of a risk it would be not to get the players we need and then we got the 3 points with a late goal. Great planning by Brendan.
