Celtic are currently on 106 goals in all competitions this season. To break record of 196 they need to score average of 6 goals a game in all remaining games in all competitions so let’s start with the Huns.

This will be the same as the Madden superclass Semi Final and the Beaton Master Class at Ibrox.
Welsh backed by VAR Beaton will guarantee Beale his first silverware of the season. Our superior players will be negated by the refeeeing corruption once again.

Our Board is to blame, they did not take the SFA on, and have allowed the Masonic match fixing to go unchecked.
We should have either protested the appointment of Walsh and Beaton or decided to boycott the Cup Final.`

For whatever reason it's felt like the last few times we've played them our guys have needed a minute to get their feet right.

None of that can be allowed in the final.

We need to be the aggressors early doors, rile the *, get at Tavpen and Barisic, if Beale starts Kamara as well...all the better. The guy flaps in possession if he gets put under serious pressure.

I'm tempted to stick with McGregor, O'Riley and Hatate as the middle three now as the energy they offer will be key.

I'd actually have Maeda down the right and sticking to Barisic...no way will Barisic be wanting to see him down his flank.

Our only concern should be minimising efforts to isolate Starfelt with long punts for * like Freddo or Colak to challenge regularly.

With the way we are firing at the moment and the way the huns have shown they can be gotten at early doors...we really should be winning this game.

Early goal please, that'll make them panic. We're in good form and have the better squad and manager. We have every reason to be confident.

I predicted 3 weeks ago these two sevco cheerleaders would get the final and you know something is going to go against us with these two in charge it's corrupt to * .
If we had to neutral officials next week we are winning this by 3 goals no bother but with these * in charge it's a leveller and can go either way next week .

Said it before and I’ll say it again, if we show up from the first whistle and play to our potential, the trophy will be heading to Parkhead.

The Huns will be up for it as usual, they’ll kick, push and pull at every opportunity. But when it comes actually playing football, we are streets ahead of them.

We were absolutely coasting against them in the last derby until Hart * up. Plus we lost Taylor and ended up with a RB playing LB and Johnston/Forrest on the right side which didn’t pose any threat. They’ll probs take confidence from that game but it was far from our strongest side.

We need to start with the same intensity that we showed in the first 15 mins vs the Sheep today. Match the Huns aggression and our quality will prevail.

Mooy has been on a fantastic run of form but I’d be tempted to start O’Riley in this if both are available. I thought he was instrumental in the 3-0 and 4-0 wins over them in recent times. He’s not a dirty player but he’s a big lad and can put himself about when needed plus he’s a threat going forward and getting a goal last week will mean his confidence is back.

Rest of the team picks itself atm.

    Hart

    Johnston CCV Starfelt Taylor

    McGregor

    O’Riley Hatate

    Jota Kyogo Maeda

Agree with everything you say, but Ange starting Forrest at Ibrox was an utter disaster.
I don't think anyone saw that coming. Had nobody told Ange before that Forrest always fails to show up against the Huns.?
Eleven years here and Forrest is always missing in action against them.

And not starting Abada or Jota against them was inexplicable too.

And to be fair the virus had riddled our team at Ibrox, but I agree Hart * up big time,
and gave them the boost they needed, and off course Beaton gave them their obligatory penalty.
I like your team selection, but I would be tempted to go with Haska instead of O'Riley, because
I think Haska offers us something different in midfield, shooting power and tricky interplay, and that is something they won't be accustomed too.

Mentality needs to be solid. If we show up we sweep them away, we are objectively better in every part of the field. Hope Ange remembers the semi final we lost last year. I think we lost the mental battle that day. Let the * refereeing get to us, * fell out it. But our product on the pitch beats theirs, 13 men or not. We just need to show up on the day and do to the Beale project what coffee does to my guts in the morning

O'Riley, Abada, Haksabanovic, Turnbull and Oh (if we're comfortable) off the bench. If we're at our best, we'll pump them, but they're excellent at dragging teams down to their level. Get the first goal and I'm certain we'll win comfortably.

Absolutely baffled by the reasoning behind Raskins comments post match.
Not surprised , given the culture of entitlement that permeates from that midden, but surely any homosapien with a functional central nervous system can see bragging rights must be earned, not assumed.
Certainly not by a neckbeard who has been in the country three weeks and contributed the square root of * all.

    "We're better than them".

Not a single week has gone by where either their manager or one of players has failed to mention us, and most of the time is unflattering terms.

I understand the conditioning of a mindset, instilling players with confidence and belief, but surely that comes with the caveat of "don't tell them, show them".

It's the job of pundits and fans to claim who is better than who, usually backed up by stats and more importantly, trophies.

At Sevco, it appears to be something that is just tossed around, petulantly, with no regard to realities, and a blatant refusal acknowledge the status quo.

We are CLEARLY a better side.

Football is football. Even if they win on Sunday, it proves very little, one swallow doesn't make a summer, and one league cup certainly doesn't make a champion.

I sincerely hope, despite evidence to the contrary, that our players are aware of remarks like these.

Nothing will put Beale back on his box like tearing them apart on Sunday. The * will fall out of their Bealeball delusion, and it will devastate the vast majority of their fans.
Comparatively, if we lose, our players will be disappointed, nothing more. We dust it off and push on, our fans KNOWING we're a better side who didn't show it on the day.

We need to * destroy them on Sunday.

I'm always one for "any win will do" against this mob.
But I want them * obliterated.

I want them scudded so hard that there's nowhere for them to hide from it for weeks on end.

The form of Jota and Maeda should mean the two wide positions are nailed, for the cup final.
