Lennon would be the safe option. He can work on a budget and knows what it takes to win this league and get results in Europe.

I think if Lennon is going to get the job permanently then it needs to be under certain conditions, like we tried to put on him before when we tried to bring in Deila.

It’s popular to blame the board but they obviously identified issues last time round and tried to resolve them.

This time, get a team of coaches and performance coaches in to support him, let him focus on tactics, motivation etc.

If he doesn’t agree to that I can respect him for it but I don’t think we should have it the way it was before.
