    If whats in the press this morning is true and Lenny tried to recruit john Parks would that be a sure indication that he has the job ? surely if he was waiting on a final decision he wouldn't have the authority to hire staff? bit of a concern here if true.

    Think youre reading too much into that mate, especially if youre taking about the mail article.

    Merely states that Park was Lennons choice to succeed Congerton IF Lennon got the job, and that Park is taking up a role with Sunderland.

    Just clickbait with no real substance and plenty of hypotheticals.

    I hope your correct in what you say, however I can't remember which outlet I used when scanning through the various press reports but it wasn't the Mail as I didn't get that far. However I feel a lot easier now based on your Mail version, thanks.

    I could be wrong mate, but I don't think Strahan had won anything as a manager. He done not to bad up here. Thinking outside the box may not be a bad thing. Appointing a proper good coach/man manager could see us widen an already large gap.

    Wouldn't get excited over bookies odds changing when they have Bielsa at 66/1, the same odds as Marco Rose who has already agreed a deal with Monchengladbach.
