Martin O'Neill and Roy Keane would be my choice but that could be just for senitmental reasons as they are two heros of mine!
A quick google search and the Nottingham post say the club never announced how long the contract is.
Could be only til the end of the season?

Went with Wagner as a realistic choice.

Someone like Marco Rose would be the statement we should be aiming for though.

Has the right attitude about it too. Let's all get behind Lennon as we've still got a treble to try and win.

If Lennon delivers the treble then he will be given the job but knowing Lawwell he's probably sounded out Owen Coyle.

Massive no to Bielsa or Martinez. Benitez, Clarke, Lennon and Moyes get a massive yes from me. Rose is a nice fantasy, but don't see it.
I'll say Benitez, because he'd be excellent at getting us to be overachieving underdogs in Europe. Also a big enough name to attract good players.

Grand old team to play for
Steve Clarke has done an amazing job at Killie. Since he started there I think Killie have almost equalled us in League points.

His style of football hasn't been very exciting, but maybe he's just playing the most effective way for the players he's got. With Celtic's attacking options I think he'd play a more expansive game in Scotland, bur be pragmatic in Europe.

I also think he's got guts and could handle the pressure. He's no shrinking violet and he speaks his mind in press conferences.

    And he's a tim.

Another one of Stevie's former bosses to give him a schooling? Why not.

He's done more in Europe than Rodgers ever has or will..

Doesn't mean he'd be exciting. And why the * would he leave one club that doesn't back their manager for another?

He's well out of our league anyway I'd imagine. Lennon, Clarke or Weir, whoever is cheapest at the time.

Well they forked out for Rodgers so who's to say they won't give Benitez the same wage and squad if he's more interested in playing in Europe than fighting relegation and a sacking next season...
