    If true it’s a kick in the bawz but the right decision. Can’t risk these things even though sometimes it pays off. If your spending €5m in Scotland then the player has to come up sound in a medical. Maybe just rumours though and he’s still on his way.

    I take it that pic was photoshopped? Of him being announced on insta by mistake then being deleted?

    I reckon it's more or less a done deal with just a bit detail haggling. His club reckon they got stitched by a sell on clause so they're probably wanting a bigger proportion themselves for when Celtic sell him. In ten years time.

    I don't get the issue hanging on a sell-on clause on profits. Imagine we buy for 5M and sell for 25M, with even an insane 20% clause, we'd still be getting 21M off a player that clearly already did well by us. And most are only 10%. I'd be inclined to hang that as a negotiation tactic to keep initial prices down

    Although, I'm clearly not a business manager, so maybe that's a stupid position
