Not sure if your friend actually watched him then? I would say, being good with the ball at his feet, is actually one of his strengths. I think he can be good for Celtic, not sure if he is signed to be a star despite his name. I liked him when he was in IFK, he was one of our better players which earned him a move to Russia.

Yep. He was the highest outside of Celtic/Hun players. Followed by Hanlon and McCart.

Hibs play decent football under Jack Ross.

Incidentally, Porteous and Gallagher were the two non-old firm defenders with the most "progressive" moves (passes or dribbles forward).

Not much competition in the SPFL though.

The one thing that is wrong about Abada was it was reported he was in France before making his way here rather than Israel.

I thought there was meant to be an exemption for sports professionals, negative test dependent?

It is quite damning that there doesn’t seem to be clear guidance on what the exact rules are about quarantine.

Honestly, I think I'd rather just go 3 at the back at that point and go with Bitton, Hjede and Osaze, it's obviously not ideal but probably far better than the alternative.

If we had Ajer and Edouard up for this game, securing us europa at least and moving on, I'd be more confident with Abada and potentially Starfelt in and available..

Instead we have guy's off, wanting away and player's who aren't even here yet/probably won't be available..

It's an absolute mess and we're so unprepared that we've got a right back we don't even rate, playing out of necessity. He won't be the only one either i suspect..

Pretty sure we will get this guy but we need another CB. Starfelt and Julien could be a strong partnership but where is the back up? We dont have any proven quality centre backs to step in. This guy would be a start but our entire back four still needs a * of a lot work. I have a horrible feeling the board dont fully understand this. Dane Murray (CB) looked impressive in the pre-season games but another one for the future, we need players for the here and now.
