    That one he got volleyed off Morelos and was down writhing in pain, play raged on, cause hun * of a ref was choking for them to score and got back up and headed it clear. Proper goosebumps stuff watching that man.

    That's what I was meaning regarding the Premiership with some saying he wouldn't go as far as VVD. He defo has that long pass in his locker but there's been times where I've found myself screaming at the telly for him to play it only for him not to see it and pass it sidewards or backwards. So could also say if he had better vision he'd be at an elite club. I'm glad he isn't though and hopefully big clubs don't come near him.

    The man deserves serious props for wanting to play the big games lately while suffering with an ongoing injury. In modern football players have gone so soft and a lot only care about the money etc, like would happily sit out and get well paid but it’s great that we have people (so many) at this club who are about so much more than that and will sacrifice everything for the team. As the saying goes blood, sweat and tears. Been brilliant for us since coming in and hopefully his treatment goes well

    He’s been a monster for this side, the most reliable centre half we’ve had in my time as a Celtic fan and I include the likes of Mjallby, Joos, VVD, Rieper and them all in that list.

    His mistakes are that rare I can actually tell you what they were in what game and roughly what minute :56:

    Many are suggesting Hatate or Kyogo for Player of the Season but both have had bad games or been anonymous at times. I cant remember CCV having a bad game all season. Brilliant.

    The only time we lost came when he wasn't playing, which is also quite telling.
    Absolutely immense and incredibly consistent.
    Gets my POTY vote (unless somebody scores 5 past them at the huns arena ;)
