Quietly optimistic about this one tbh. Got a lot of experience in the Championship at a relatively young age. Sceptical about his ability to play out from the back, but thank the lord we've got another option at least.

Celtic Football Club is delighted to announce the signing of Cameron Carter-Vickers from Tottenham Hotspur FC on loan until the end of the season, with Celtic having an option to buy.
Centre-back Cameron, 23, has also played at international level for the United States.
Cameron said: “I am absolutely delighted to agree this move to Celtic, it is a really exciting opportunity for me and I am desperate to meet my new team-mates and get going for the season ahead.

I'm guessing it's in his personal terms that Celtic has the first dibs, and that his parent club can't look to sell him on in January etc, to try to cash in on before then, maybe? Bit like an extended pre-contract deal that some players can sign in January ahead of the following summer window?
Good news that we got in another CB though, we really needed that competition for places and options at the back there. -
