    HEY I KNOW EVERYONE IS PRETTY PISHED BUT WE ALL KNOW THE LADS HAVE NEVER HAD A GOOD RECORD AWAY FROM HOME SO I THINK SOMETIMES WE NEARLY EXPECT THIS TO HAPPEN. BUT ANYWAY CHANGING THE SUBJECT SLIGHTLY CAN ANYONE HELP ME WITH A GOOD HOTEL IN A CELTIC FRIENDLY SPOT IN GLASGOW IM PLANNING ON SORTING IT OUT AS A SURPRISE FOR MY FELLA AND SOME HOME MATCH TICKETS .     The heat played a major role...No two ways about it. Did you see Mowbray wiping the sweat off his brow just being on the sidelines? Even before halftime and at 0-1. I knew the hardest test would come late in the second half when players would be tired....That * burley kept saying he couldn't believe how Celtic had taken their foot off the gas....What a *! 30% heat and he doesn't realise the players would tire....Clown! :31:

    Every team in europe knows that if they take anything from us at parkhead we are * because of our away form.
    I think we will be lucky to get out of this group after seeing tonights showing....it was very poor even for celtic.

    Results couldn't have been worse tonight.
    Dont know what happened with Hamburg tonight but they are a quality outfit and I think will win most of their remaining games and win the group.
    That means we've given the other 2 a 3 point start.

    Up till they scored I actually thought it was a great european performance....We got sloppy in the heat and payed the price....That's football.

    Europe is hardly a "bonus." It's an integral part of any quality team's season and the chance to pit your wits against a different type of player and tactics and therefore improve your own teams ability and standing on a wider stage.

    I'm fairly amazed that you might think differently to be honest.

    And of course it was the "mickey mouse cup" when Rangers won it. That's how old firm rivalry works for * sake. do you think 80,000 fans travelled to Seville to watch a mickey mouse cup final???

    this is the biggest load of codswallop ive read yet...do you not understand we are in this compitition because of how we did in the leauge..we tried to concentrate on beating all the teams in our leauge,this is where we are,,we were * last year,,we are still * this year..our big signing is * for 2 months

    so basicilly its the same * as last year and the year before that and before that

    this * is just a tad worse than last seasons *,,still stinks though

    Pure *. Mowbray was sweating because he knew he'd completely * it up. We played in sevillle for 120 mins in worse conditions than that and turned in a respectable pefformance

    i never really post much but i am furious with that performance 3rd worst ever by a celtic team. not one player on that park gave a *, no one seemed to even care when they scored they all jst turned n walked bk to the half way.

    honestly i am fuming and maybe overreacting a little but on that *, i would dock a weeks wages from every1 including the manager!

    terrible, i feel for the guys who prob forked out a small fortune to go see them over there and get it flung back in their faces by guys who dont deserve a celtic shirt earning 10/20k a year! they should refund all the travelling support. sorry but all i want is to one day mayb c celtic perform at a high european level again....i care alot about europe but now im not buying the £90 tickets! no chance.

    football these days is controled by money, we have in comparison to european teams, none. so were never going to win the CL in the next 10-15 years. so i dont see why people complain when we dont do aswell as we did 40 odd years ago.

    its the first game!!! we are still in with a huge chance, we have got out of the group stages of the CL by getting beat in all away games, and we had to play much better teams.

    win the league and i bet you all how ever much you want that you will be happy, regardless of how we do in the first game of the europa league.
