Dunno if it’s fitness or just not playing well. Fitness is the easy thing to say when a fans fav isn’t playing well.

I’d bench him, too much at stake and no time for playing players to get them fit or playing out of form players. (Whichever one it is).

We get on absolutely fine without him we have Iwata and ORiley to step in.

Nah, he's crucial for the run in..

Amazing that you don't see that, he's our Captain knows exactly what's required to get over the line..

60mins in a high paced semi final, ideal. Another weeks training now before Dundee.

Man down today. Offered so little. Can't keep on playing a player who's not fit.

He's clearly not right. A month ago Rodgers was saying he has to manage his injury rather in the hope of McGregor not needing surgery.

Seems pretty evident that surgery is probably required because he's like a man down in midfield at the moment. Miles off the pace. For his own sake, and for the sake of the team, he should be getting surgery and out of the team.

Not sure why he's getting played. There are other options.

It's a difficult decision. 60 mins in his legs but it was a hard watch at times. Id probably still start him at Dundee

It's definitely fitness related, given he was just out injured.

Floats in the middle pointing to pass elsewhere. What's the point.

    Unsure.

    He's definitely not right.

I wouldn't be surprised if he does need surgery.

This has probably been his weakest seasons for us and he isn't getting any better. In fact, he's getting worse.

If he doesn't need surgery, he needs to be managed better because he hasn't offered anything since returning from injury.

He definitely shouldn't start against Dundee.

Iwata must start next game(s), I don't care if Calmac is our captain - he should be judged the same way as everyone else for selection.

When BR said he was several weeks ahead of schedule that rang big alarm bells, looks to be like he is exactly ON schedule but it s being given the chance to progress his recovery early than he should be within the 1st team - we can't afford passengers, not at this stage

He's been out for a while, has had 2 sub appearances and one start..

Those high intensity minutes yesterday will be very important, now another weeks training before next week.

He's vital for us, how he plays next week will give us an indication if there's more of an issue than match fitness.

It’s absolutely mind blowing that folk would drop McGregor. Captain and one of our top 3 players.

I don’t see any justification not to get him back to fitness asap. BR will pick our best players which I wholeheartedly agree with.

If he's fit enough to play,he should play, if he isn't to the point where him playing is detrimental then he shouldn't. Don't see why people think he should play even if he's not right and that it's some kind of disrespectful slight against him to say he might still need time.
Obviously I want him fit and firing for the run in, but I'd rather not play/start him if he's not able to contribute to a decent level.

Also don't want him doing further damage to himself, he plays about 600 games a season and feel that's contributed to a drop in his levels this season.

Watch his last three performances. Then come back to us.

If the suggestion is play iwata or Bernardo play more than McGregor for the remaining games then I view football differently.

There’s always going to be average performances coming back from injury.

    He needs to play.

Iwata and Bernardo should be starting before McGregor atm. That's obvious. McGregor is nowhere near match sharp and should be used from the bench to get minutes in the legs.

He’s literally had 2 sub appearances and 1 start totalling about 115mins. With a possible 270mins(not including added time or extra time) he could have had. Perfect utilisation before the important run in.

McGregor Hatate O’Reilly is clearly our best midfield 3. Iwata Bernardo are 4 & 5 choice.

They’ve all had their fair share of minutes recently and all will contribute in the last 6 games.
