    Thank * I'm not the only one - I thought he was arguably our best player.

    His level of energy, movement and technique translates very well onto a higher level. When Tam actually struggled big time, McGregor shone IMO.

    That's against Bayern at home and PSG away he played very well.

    It's amazing how we can all watch the same game and see things differently..

    Celtic and Scotland should look to build teams around him...

    But he had no influence in the game at all last night..

    Which in itself is a good thing considering his midfield partners all gave the ball away numerous times where he didn't.

    He was holding onto the ball, defending very well, rarely misplacing a pass, kept a forward momentum and dragged Alves inside quite a lot to make space for Tierney up on the left, bought him loads of space.

    Was a major positive for me last night, me and my brother were both saying between last night and Bayern he should be nailed on a place with Broony the now.

    Don't get me wrong I think he's a special talent but don't think he made the best of the ball in the final third last night, seemed to lose the ball a lot in that area. To me he looked as if he lacked belief..which is something that will come for him.. and he wasn't the only one.

    Will have learned a lot from last night tho.

    Excellent performance from the wee man, just glides with ease, and love how flawlessly he turns with the ball hen he receives it with his back towards the goal.

    If he wasn't Scottish, he'd be far more loved.
