    Totally warranted his start over Rogic tonight, infact it was a no brainer.

    And that was proven 100% correct the right decision by Rodgers.

    Need to give him a sustained run in the first team in a settled midfield. Right now he’s ahead of the likes of Ntcham, Armstrong and Rogic imo.

    I'm gonna be honest, I still had my doubts about him at this kinda level but he was superb. Seemed to be everywhere digging in as well..

    Justified his selection. Even moreso when Rogic came on and was poor..

    Absolutely class from McGregor tonight. He doesn’t look out of place at all against that type of opposition. Fantastic finish for his goal.

    He should be in the team every week imo. He is such a consistent performer for us.

    Something that doesn't get said about him enough, the boys an absolute workhorse.

    The amount of pressing and chasing back he does is incredible.
