Dortmund need to pull the finger out pretty soon.

Would love Gladbach or Wolfsburg to put up a genuine title fight all season but I doubt they'll last.

It was more than just that against Bayern on Saturday though.

For the majority of the game Bayern controlled posession and created chance after chance. Weidenfeller despite a calamitous moment when he nearly took of Mikihytarian's head, was comfortably the best performer of Dortmund.

The first 15 mins of the 1st half Dortmund pressed well and forced a number of long vertical passes. Kagawa and Co weren't giving Alonso any time to pick passes and influence the game like he has for them his season. Dortmund were able to construct attacks and the Reus goal was an example of the success had with Klopps selections.

Second half it was slightly different, Bayern had an easier time moving the ball about. Subotic challenge for the penalty looked tired and clumsy. Ribery was able to influence the game when he came on and eventually the pressure told. Dortmund attacks were few and far between. Klopp himself admitted they didn't play enough football 2nd half.

In general the game was pretty breath-taking, even if the end result wasn't the desired outcome.

Hope Bremen stay up used to love them back in the day when they had Diego and Almieda they were beating the likes of Chelsea and Real Madrid, they have really fallen last couple of years.

Hamburg have been * for 2/3 years now. Almost certainties for relegation, id actually fancy them to finish bottom this season.

Wolfsburg did look pretty good earlier, albeit against that Hamburg side.

Dortmunds started well here, playing some nice stuff. Really need to start converting chances though.
