Perhaps I won't watch a La Liga game and then still proceed to comment on it based on the result alone.

They created plenty today. Nothing is going right at the moment.

 

What did you expect? Sell someone like Lewandoski and just hope Ramos will come in and do the business. Reus has had his problems injury wise and Weidenfeller is a very average GK this year.

Well, firstly they didn't sell him. And they brought in Immobile (who has underperformed so far but I'm willing to give him a chance) as well as Ramos. The truth is that Dortmund don't have the money to spend on a direct replacement for Lewa because of wages more than anything else. They had to triple Lewandowski's wages just to keep the guy happy in his final year, and he still gets paid double that at Bayern. Had they given in to selling him they'd be getting criticised for caving in to their biggest rivals demands. It was a lose lose situation.

Weidenfeller has been poor. As for your last statement, that's just stating the obvious. Take the two best players out of any side and of course they'll suffer. Still doesn't change the fact that they should be doing better. They're a good enough side for the CL places. Part of this run is because they've been poor and another part is because absolutely nothing is going their way. That's why I find it funny how people feel like they can take a glance at the result and still pass judgement or call them 'rank rotten' etc. Because even though that might be true on occasion they're still basing it on a result.
