Brown red card appeal

Discussion in 'Celtic Chat' started by hairytoes, Feb 28, 2010.

  1. sadly i fear you may be right but surely at least Lafferty can be taken care of; thats TWICE he's cheated a fellow professional surely if the SFA has any substance behind their anti-cheating rhetoric they will throw the book at him?

btw i never saw this weir kick thing who did he kick? :47:

  2. I think I was the only guy in the pub who seen it mate..It was when brown was getting his red card, Fortune was running to the ref and Weir booted him in the shin but give Fortune his due he never retaliated.

Wont change the result no but will justify Celtics letter to the SFA as to why are constantly getting done over with these so called honest mistakes if his red card will get recinded which im quite confident will. Lafferty and Brown where shirt pulling, if anything it was a yellow for Lafferty.

  3. Honestly who gives a * .

The ref will just come out and say i was wrong :and then walter will says that refs have a hard job , then no one will ever speak of it again

  4. Ref will say sorry he got it wrong.....everyone will say oh well done for being honest.
Its all to late the * huns have got the league.
Its time for the players to put goals between us and poor refs so they cant stop us winning.

  5. quite right a yellow card was enough punishment but too late now we lost the * game and league .

  6. what the * is wrong with you?

  7. Thats why we are paranoid !
Not long back from the game and pub, but that was terrible. Yellow each, no more. Can you see the Rangers Loyal SFA changing the decision ? I think not.

  9. Errm, Dr Jo, man has a point. It would be pretty much the same if he didn't get sent off, he was useless anyway. Celtic captain shouldn't allow himself to do stuff like that, he bought it and fell for it. He just wears the armband, but he's not real leader of the team anyway.

  10. the photo floating about is misleading and pretty damning of brown. it looks like he reared up and zidaned him... i wish

  11. p.s. for ppl saying brown shouldn't allow himself to get in tussles....when lennon did it ppl loved it

  12. lafferty won rangers the game wit

  13. Hand bags at danw- and lugherty is a complete *- he was pishing himself laughing on the subs bench about what he did today!

This * has no talent and should be put in a field as a scarecrow! Ugly *!

Very rarely can someone I don't know annoy me- but he does!!!

  14. There's huge difference. Lennon was true leader of the team, he got stuck in for the teammates and defended our honour. Brown is Celtic player who contributes * all and wears the armband just for formality while he doesn't posses absolutely no leader qualities whatsoever.

If Lennon did get sent off for that, I'd know where we stand, while with Brown it was simply because he fell for Lafferty's provocation. Lennon was 'right * intae them', just like Brown, but difference is that Scott is a * and Neil is a legend who would have more respect on the field, even from Huns.

  15. Scott Brown did NOTHING wrong

  16. Kyle Lafferty is a useless *. He realises he doesn't have the talent to repay the 3.5 million quid spent on him therefore cheats to make up for it. He will get his comeuppance one day, not to worry.

  17. Whats the point? Damage has been done.
