The difference in those stats Marco is the league both players play in, EPL >> SPL. Your failure to acknowledge Bentley playing in a much better league shows your bias.

 

Still shows he scores goals and gets assists though....

Whats the comparison versus Maloney or another winger in the SPL?

 

Liam Lawrence keeps him out of the Irish Team on merit. Spin what way you like, he isnt consistent enough at the highest level (International & UCL)

 

Of course there is a difference in league standard but that could work both ways, the defenders in the spl are * (which they are) or the forwards for spurs/ blackburn are better than our tadgers lol (which they are).
bias view yeah but dont see why our most productive player is being held up as NOT HAVING A FOOTBALL BRAIN!! its insane to think in my opinion........

Bar his deflected goal against Benfica, he's done little at European level. He's done little at International Level. Lawrence is a very average player and he has more end product.
