Possibly. I know BE had their own equipment in there but they were more expensive than TalkTalk, who just offer it out cheap as they can get, I'd be surprised if they had invested a lot of money in their own network.

Surprisingly though, TalkTalk's business grade stuff is quite excellent, for leased lines and the like.

BT's Customer Service is utter * as well, as is SKY's.

In fact a lot of people probably wouldn't be able to have an opinion on BT's as they have fell asleep by the time they have went through the voice recognition/automated system to actually get to speak to someone from India that doesn't understand them.

Problem with BT is that there is so many different companies under the BT Group heading and they don't know what each other are doing and they all get passed from pillar to post and then you get it outsourced to * India and after 3-4 hours on the phone it * you the * off.

    So, I went for Plusnet...:54:

Was supposed to have no break in Bband service during the switch, One day my Bband cut off and I called them, they had taken over the line and the person who had put my transaction through apparently forgot to put the Bband order through. So I was to be without Bband for a week.
Its been a week since the call...
It is supposed to go back on today at some point... problem is the router still hasn't arrived! :31:

Do you still have your previous router? If you do then use that.
