My thoughts exactly. We could get rid now but would be as well give up any hope of winning the league by doing it because it would be someone like maloney until the end of the season.

A lot of the problems are above him but he’s now making some basic mistakes of his own, continually putting his trust in the wrong players and has clearly created a bit of a toxic atmosphere within the dressing room with some players.

I’d be open to sacking him if it meant getting Ange back but I highly doubt he’d touch us with a barge pole at this stage so part of me wonders what we’d hope to achieve by doing it.

 

If you want him sacked boycott the games. ONLY thing that will work

Again, a decent manager gets more out these players. The tactics, subs and lack of in game management is very poor.

The squad is clearly not the best, it's in a terrible state.

Also the whole atmosphere around the club comes from the top down. The board doing the bare minimum, refusing to put in even the tiniest bit of effort, expecting to just turn up and win every match by default, that filters down to the manager and the players.

Changing the manager is like changing the wallpaper on a house that's on fire.

Hearts spent 3m, we did 15m. Rodgers can't get away with the squad is too poor. Yes, he should have been backed more but he as the manager is partly responsible for recruitment. Even with the current squad he should perform much better. McInnes is getting more more out of a group of individually worse players. So yes, there are managers who could do better with our limited squad. That doesn't mean the board gets away with it. The have to * off as well!
