I was talking about the folk who have been waiting for this day just so they can stick the knife in BR.

Is there another club on the planet whose fans would be calling for the managers head being 13 points up and with a realistic shot at a treble with 8 games left?

The game was a mess and a wake-up call to signify that we’re not as far ahead as we think, but the hysteria is pathetic. The support is utterly spoiled and ruined by success.

Anyone seriously calling for the manager's head needs to give themselves a slap.

They need to be careful what they wish for. The day is not far off when he will be away. I don't know if that will be this summer or next summer, but one of those for sure. There's a lot of fans who seem to think that managers like Ange or Rodgers are our level and that we should be able to get managers of that quality more often than not. They are in for a rude awakening.

He’s saying we couldn’t cope with press but that’s just tactical pish IMO. We couldn’t match their energy and hunger which led to them pressing more than us, winning more tackles and second balls etc.

Also saying we missed McGregor is wide of the mark. McGregor struggled massively in the last two games and was probably our worst player at Ibrox.

Rodgers said he wanted to add pace and power to our team but I’ve never seen us look so weak.

I’m not wanting to rewrite history but Rodgers record is built on beating Warburton and Pedro’s teams. This doesn’t warrant his arrogance.

    Having reflected on the game.

The last 3 games should serve as a warning though, we need to vary our tactics from time to time v them.. as we're easy to set up against.

Also next season, if they are able to be more consistent v the other sides then we could be in trouble..

We need to strengthen and evolve.. very important summer window ahead..

We may be miles ahead off the park but it's clear there's not much difference between the teams when we play one another.

I really like him but he’s got a horrible habit of setting up to play right in to their hands.

Nine goals conceded in three games against them is completely unacceptable.

9 goals conceded (could very easily be more) when Rangers probably had little more than 30% possession over the three games as well. These arent two equally matched teams in terms of quality. They are mugging us with a worse team.

he should have started Idah and Meada out wide, said it in the first half on here.

praised him when he changed it, the fact of the matter is we knew thier line up and how the pack the middle of they park, used the same tactics previously and he’s failed to prepare for that. That’s on Rodgers.

where did I say I wanted him gone?

But other spfl teams will still give the huns a game while we wont . Thats the only positive. Huns will lose more games this season except against us. HH

We've got better players and knew how they were gonna set up so we defo should be doing better. A few players shat the bed which he can't help, but he defo has to carry some blame for yesterday and our recent poor performances against them.

This hits the nail on the head.

Complacency has definitely creeped in and some don’t want to accept that they could be a threat again next season.

The last 3 games tell me there is no difference between the teams. We are nicer on the eye, they are far better at dirty side of the game.

Also they actually had more strength in depth than us yesterday which is shocking given the difference in resources.

We need a lot of investment in the summer.

Going to have his work cut out next year. They’ll be better with the takeover money.

He’s probably got a bit bored again of winning comfortably domestically and half checked out for this season.

Doubt this is the case, we conceded 6 goals without reply to a team that were 16 points behind us over the last 3 games.

I think people are rightfully concerned, it's not all Brendans fault right enough, I put the blame mainly on our recruitment.

“Mentality” is his buzz word but yesterday the players lacked it in abundance. Hiding shitebags coupled with BR inability to change things. Arrogant and complacent.

Anyone seriously calling for the manager to be sacked given the way the rest of this season has played out on the whole doesnt make sense to me. It’s fair enough directing criticism his way, he’s deserving of that, but sack your world class manager because he hasn’t beaten Rangers is proper Rangers mentality.

For me it's completely their tactics that are too easy for them and too difficult for us.
All the buzzwords of passion, complacency etc is nothing to do with it.

Basically tactically we ask NOTHING of them, we are doing nothing to counteract them.

While tactically they basically ask us 2 things "can you play through us" and "can you press our defence and win the ball off us". Our gameplan is to constantly try to do both of these things, meanwhile we alter nothing to make it easier for us or more difficult for them.

They stand off and mark our defensive players and basically say "go try and pass it to them" and we do when they know what we are doing and they know it will gift them many chances because it's extremely difficult to do and they know they can do it because we stick to the exact same patterns and number of players back every time, guys in the same area - we bottle the inverted full-back against them also we use against other teams in the League.

Then when their defence have it they again go "come and chase us", we do and then they punt it long and pounce looking for the 2nd ball, it doesn't matter if Dessers or Trusty or whoever win the header they try and get onto the 2nd ball and actively set up and are planning to do it meanwhile our front 5 hound their defensive players like dugs chasing crisp packets in the wind so when they do it we are then having to turn and chase back while their midfield have stood twiddling their thumbs waiting for it to be leathered up the pitch, which is part of their tactics and what they are set up to do so they can push up to get onto it - which they do because it's that easy.

It's so simple and easy for them it's mindblowing how bad it looks.
